According to the article 128 of the Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Act (Official Journal of RS, No. 102/04) competent ministries are obligated to prepare Annual Report on the Radiation and Nuclear Safety in the Republic of Slovenia by 31st of July each year. Annual Report is discussed and approved by Government and Parliament of the Republic of Slovenia.
